Compare usable capacity
Published maximum capacity is not always the same as a comfortable capacity for your ceremony layout, dinner format, dance floor, stage and weather backup. Ask for a floor plan for your actual guest count.
Price the mandatory extras
Request a line-item estimate covering room hire, food and beverage minimums, service charges, taxes, security, overtime, rentals, staffing, corkage, power, cleaning and accommodation commitments.
Plan for the bad-weather version
For outdoor or destination weddings, inspect the rain, wind and heat plan with the same seriousness as the ideal setup. The backup should work for your full guest count, not just exist on paper.
